Description
Are you looking for a fast, delicious dinner idea? This One-Pot Teriyaki Noodles recipe is your answer! It’s a flavorful, veggie-packed meal that comes together in under 30 minutes, all in just one pot for minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz Spaghetti (or any noodles you prefer)
- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage (green or Napa works great)
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots (pre-shredded saves time)
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce (low-sodium if preferred)
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Start by shredding your cabbage and carrots if not prepped. Measure out your sauce ingredients—soy sauce and brown sugar—and have your noodles ready.
- Heat a large pot over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Add the cabbage and carrots, sautéing for about 5 minutes until they soften.
- Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.
- Mix in the soy sauce and brown sugar with the veggies. Stir well to combine, letting the flavors meld for a minute.
- Add the spaghetti and 3 cups of water to the pot.
- Cook uncovered for 15-18 minutes, stirring often near the end.
- If needed, add a splash more water until noodles are tender.
- Serve hot!
Notes
Use any noodles—ramen or udon work too. Use pre-shredded veggies to cut down on prep time. Stir noodles frequently as they cook to avoid clumping. Sprinkle sesame seeds or green onions on top for extra flavor.
