Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 68 wooden skewers (soaked in water)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to avoid burning
  2. Cut chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and place in a bowl
  3. Drizzle chicken with olive oil and set aside
  4. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat
  5. Add minced garlic, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to melted butter
  6. Stir well to combine and reserve half of this sauce for basting after cooking
  7. Thread chicken cubes onto soaked skewers, packing them tightly
  8. Brush skewers with garlic Parmesan sauce, ensuring they’re well-coated
  9. Cook in air fryer at 400°F for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway and basting with more sauce
  10. Alternatively, grill or bake at 400°F until internal temp hits 165°F
  11. Brush with reserved sauce before serving

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Soak wooden skewers to prevent burning. If using a grill, keep heat medium to avoid burning the sauce. Baste frequently for extra flavor. Store leftovers in airtight container in fridge for up to 3 days.
