- 1.5 lbs chicken breast (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6–8 wooden skewers (soaked in water)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to avoid burning
- Cut chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and place in a bowl
- Drizzle chicken with olive oil and set aside
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat
- Add minced garlic, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to melted butter
- Stir well to combine and reserve half of this sauce for basting after cooking
- Thread chicken cubes onto soaked skewers, packing them tightly
- Brush skewers with garlic Parmesan sauce, ensuring they’re well-coated
- Cook in air fryer at 400°F for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway and basting with more sauce
- Alternatively, grill or bake at 400°F until internal temp hits 165°F
- Brush with reserved sauce before serving
Notes
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Soak wooden skewers to prevent burning. If using a grill, keep heat medium to avoid burning the sauce. Baste frequently for extra flavor. Store leftovers in airtight container in fridge for up to 3 days.
