Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (creamy)
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flax Seed

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Combine oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and flax seed in the bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is thick and sticky.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 15-30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Roll tablespoon-sized portions into small balls.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

If mixture is too sticky, wet hands slightly for easier rolling. Add a bit more honey or peanut butter if too dry. Keep refrigerated for freshness. Can be frozen for up to a month.
