- 1 can (10 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (optional for sauce)
- Pinch of paprika or cayenne (optional)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Dice the onion and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook chicken with salt and pepper until golden and fully cooked, 6-8 minutes. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions until soft. Stir in cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Add shredded cheddar and mix until smooth.
- Return chicken and spaghetti to skillet. Toss to coat. Heat for 2-3 minutes and serve with extra cheese if desired.
